Opening days & times
We would be pleased to welcome you for lunch or dinner at our restaurant.
Lunch:
Saturday & Sunday: arrival from midday to 1.30 pm. Lunch is served until 5 pm.
Dinner:
Thursday until Monday: arrival from 6.30 pm to 8 pm. Dinner is served until 1 am.
We kindly ask you to respect these arrival times to ensure the best possible experience for you and our other guests.
Bookings
Bookings can be made through our website www.suisralfberendsen.com. After booking your table, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and practical information.
Deposit
When making your booking, a deposit of €50 per person is required. This deposit guarantees your table and will of course be deducted from your bill in our restaurant. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more information.
Cancellation policy
Naturally, we understand that you may have to cancel your booking unexpectedly. In such an event, we would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know in advance. That is because we work with fresh produce. We will also be able to make the table available for other guests.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days before the booked date. Obviously, we would be happy to find an alternative date for you to visit us at Suis.
In the event of late cancellation or failure to turn up without notice, you will be charged €50 per person, less the deposit already paid.

Group bookings
For parties of 7 people or more, we kindly ask you to send your request by email to contact@suisralfberendsen.com.
To ensure the best possible culinary experience, we work with a set menu for groups, including wine pairings. A deposit of €50 per person is also required for group bookings.
Cancellation policy for groups
We understand that plans can sometimes change. That is inconvenient for everyone – for you and for us. As we make careful preparations for every visit to our restaurant, the following cancellation policy applies for group bookings:
• More than 1 month before the booked date: cancellation is free of charge.
• Up to 2 weeks before the booked date: you will be charged 50% of the cost of the proposed menu, less the deposit already paid.
• Less than 2 weeks before the booked date: you will be charged 100% of the cost of the proposed menu, less the deposit already paid.

Overnight stays
Would you like to complete your culinary experience at Suis with an overnight stay? In the immediate vicinity of the restaurant, we collaborate with a number of hotels and accommodations where our guests are warmly welcomed.

When you indicate that you will be dining at Suis for lunch or dinner, our partners can inform us accordingly. If desired, we are happy to assist with arranging transportation to and from your accommodation.
Parking
We have a private carpark at Suis. As spaces in this car park are limited, we cannot guarantee that you will find a parking space. If all spaces are taken, on-street parking is available near the restaurant.
Accessibility
The restaurant is just a 10-minute walk from the train station in Schin op Geul.

Children
We welcome guests of all ages at our restaurant. That means younger guests are welcome too. As we work exclusively with our regular menu, we do not offer separate children’s menus or adjusted prices for children.
Pets
We understand that your pet is a beloved companion. However, to ensure that all our guests are able to enjoy a comfortable and relaxed experience, we do not allow pets in the restaurant.
Dietary requirements & allergies
If you have any allergies or specific dietary requirements, please mention them when you make your booking. Our team can then take them into account in advance with all due care.
As we work with fresh produce, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfil special requests that are only communicated on the day. If we are able to accommodate such a change, a supplement will be charged.
Although we pay great attention to dietary requirements, we do not currently serve vegan menus. As our kitchen works with a set menu, we are unfortunately unable to offer any alternatives.
